House Rules
- Check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you have an early or late flight, please advise us in advance — we will do our best to accommodate where possible.
- Please keep all doors and windows closed when the AC is in use, and switch off lights and AC units when leaving the apartment. Electricity is a significant cost in Barbados and your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
- Smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the unit or on the balcony. Two designated smoking areas are available — one in the car park and one on the rooftop. The smoking of cannabis is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
- Please use the provided beach towels at the beach and pool. No glass is permitted in or around the pool — acrylic glassware is provided for outdoor use. Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings; lightweight drying racks are provided.
- Please do not eat on the beds and ensure all make-up and sunscreen is removed before contact with linens or towels. Damage or heavy staining may result in a charge for additional laundering or linen replacement.
- Accidents happen — please notify us immediately if anything is broken or damaged. In most cases there is no financial impact on you, but timely notice allows us to replace items before the next guests arrive.
- Please rinse off sand and towel dry before re-entering the unit after the beach, to keep the apartment clean.
